It's a typical hot July day across the ArkLaTex, and we can expect the same for your Sunday, but huge changes are coming to the forecast.

Overnight lows will only cool into the mid 70's with plenty of humidity, but the 70's will quickly give way to mid-upper 90's Sunday afternoon. Heat indices may very well climb into the 101-105 range.

Monday, another unseasonably strong cold front will move through the ArkLaTex. This will provide some rain chances on Monday through Tuesday, and we'll likely see clouds and more rain again Thursday and Friday.

The cooler air will start to move into our area by Tuesday, but we'll really take notice on Wednesday through Friday, with highs in the 70's and 80's, and lows in the 60's.
