Thursday could wind up being one of the nicest days of the summer, so make sure to get outside and enjoy it!
Even though it's still going to be hot, highs will to be near or just below average for this time of year. Plus, there's going to be no shortage of sunshine and low humidity.
The humidity will start to creep back into the ArkLaTex this weekend and so will a few showers and storms. Our next best chance of rain probably won't be until the middle of next week.
What a rare summer treat. The first day of August will find temps either side of 90 with most of our lows in the 60s. The good news is that this trend will last a few days. Thursday will be another nice summer day. Temperatures will be near 90 degrees by noon. Highs will be in the low to mid-90s. With dew points only in the mid-50s, we'll still be in the pleasant zone on our muggy meter.
If you are going to spend a lot of time outside on Thursday, make sure to wear sunscreen and your sunglasses. The end of the work week will still be a touch hotter.
Hot again Thursday, but low humidity makes it tolerable. At least it won't be 'feeling like' it's hotter than what the thermometer says. The weekend won't be any hotter than the end of the work week, but it will be more humid. With all the heat and humidity around, a few showers and storms will be possible, mainly in the afternoon.
Highs on Saturday and Sunday will be in the low to mid-90s.
The start of next week looks hot and humid as well. Highs will be in the mid to upper 90s.
A few showers and storms will be possible at times. Right now, it looks like our rain chances could increase by midweek.
