Another round of thunderstorms means another round of power outages.

More than 11,000 AEP/SWEPCO customers are without electricity as storms pass through the area.

The utility reports that most of the outages are in East Texas.

Impacted are 5,524 customers in Bowie County, Texas, and another 3,134 in Rusk County, Texas, plus much smaller numbers in neighboring counties.

AEP/SWEPCO has 1,671 customers without electricity in Louisiana. The majority of those - 1,296 - are in Caddo Parish.

Another 288 customers in Bossier Parish and 76 in Natchitoches Parish are being impacted.

Of the 330 outages reported in AEP/SWEPCO's service area in Arkansas, 243 are in Miller County.
