Shreveport Police are investigating a car found in the Red River.
About 8 a.m. Wednesday morning, a construction crew working at the river near the Stoner Boat Launch found a car in the water. A backhoe was used to pull the car from the water.
The car is a white Oldsmobile. It is not the car stolen from a north Shreveport man Tuesday during a home invasion.
Right now police do not think there's anyone inside the car, but their investigation is continuing.
