An east Texas grandmother accused of organized crime has reportedly struck a deal with prosecutors.
Marilyn Lout was indicted Thursday on charges of felony theft.
Sources tell KSLA News 12 that Lout, the former Assistant County Auditor in Shelby County, will tell all in order to save herself from going to prison.
The cancer patient will reportedly get a 10 year suspended prison sentence and will repay almost $200,000 she allegedly stole from the county's indigent health care fund.
